This course integrates foundational learning to equip participants with the tools and methodologies needed to develop a comprehensive Strategic or Risk Management Plan. The Plan must be completed in addition to the three courses - Results-Based Strategic Management, Results-Based Risk and Crisis Management, and Results-Based Business Intelligence and Performance Management – to earn the Post-Graduate Diploma in Strategy and Management

This course focuses on applying foundational knowledge to design and implement a robust Programme or Project Management Plan that ensures efficient and effective delivery. The Plan must be completed in addition to the three courses - Results-Based Programme and Project Management, Results-Based Social and Economic Impact Assessments, and Results-Based Project Appraisal and Selection– to earn the Post-Graduate Diploma in Delivery Management.

Participants will synthesize core concepts to create an Evaluation Case Study that analyses the impact of a policy, programme, project, or other government intervention. The Case Study must be completed in addition to the three courses - Results-Based Policy Design and Implementation, Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation, and Results-Based Stakeholder Engagement and Collaborate Learning– to earn the Post-Graduate Diploma in Policy and Strategy.

Participants will leverage integrated learning to produce a Change Management Plan that drives organizational transformation through ethical and effective leadership and stakeholder engagement. The Plan must be completed in addition to the three courses - Results-Based Ethical Governance and Accountability, Results-Based Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Results-Based Adaptive Leadership and Change Management– to earn the Post-Graduate Diploma in Governance and Leadership.
